The ONLINE CLOSING DATE is Monday, 26th January 2026. PLEASE be on time! There are always some laggards - and this can cause significant problems. When you pay (normally by BACS), we may have difficulty linking a payment to your entry. Until you email the Secretary to confirm your entry, it will NOT BE VALID!

Please let all who are likely to come and listen/support your performers know that (as far as possible) we are a cashless festival! While we will be able to take cash in the Box Office, our supply of change will be limited. Card or contactless payment is much preferred.
