BOOKING AN ACCOMPANIST
Singers and instrumentalists may bring their own accompanist or engage one of the festival’s official accompanists subject to availability. Please note to guarantee a festival accompanist, you must book at the point of entry. Once all available spaces have been taken, the accompanist booking facility will be closed so please make your arrangements in good time. If you wish to request the festival accompanist at a later date, please log this via the Enquiries button on the website under 'Booking an accompanist' but we cannot guarantee they will still have space. Once booked, the allocated accompanist will contact you directly to arrange a rehearsal. For musical theatre entries only, we do permit the use of backing tapes, but you must provide your own equipment and set it up yourself, and there is a fee payable to go towards our licensing costs.
