To comply with the Children’s Performances and Activities (England) Regulations 2014 and Notification of Performers covered by the Body of Person’s Approval requirement, the following information will be provided by the Festival to Kent County Council for each performer:
• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Postcode
The entry process has been designed to capture all the information we require to comply with Child Performance legislation, for parents and teachers entering individuals and small groups. Where this information is not provided at point of entry (as in the case of larger groups such as school choirs), it is the responsibility of the Entrant to provide the required information directly to Kent County Council within their stated timescales.
